We ordered some house moving boxes from Wannapack on a Friday expecting 'next day delivery' would take place on Monday, allowing us to finish packing up our flat just in time for our move on Tuesday at 9am.

Not only did they send an email confirming receipt of our order, but also an email confirming shipment had taken place on Friday afternoon. The email purported to include a tracking number for the package.

Late morning on Monday we tried to track the package, but the tracking company website said that the tracking number was invalid. So, we called Wannapack only to be told that nothing was on its way to us as they had run out of stock! The shipment email was a LIE, plain and simple - nothing had shipped, and nothing could be shipped before Monday evening - too late.

The woman on the phone just moaned about being short staffed and too busy to make a call to inform us that the boxes hadn't shipped after all, but did give us a refund even though "we don't guarantee next day delivery" - stop advertising it prominently on your website if it's the exception!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - we have used 2 alternatives before now with no such problem, we only looked to this company as we were hoping to find some stronger boxes. Wish we hadn't. Off to Argos we go...!!! 1283502
